Return Policy

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

a. Returns are only applicable to orders that are larger than actual usage needs, designs that do not fit the space, or changes in usage needs. After consultation and negotiation, if the Customer still requests to return the goods, we will consider and handle each specific case.

b. In case the product is determined to be unusable, counterfeit, fake or not of the quality as committed, we will immediately proceed to exchange the goods and bear all shipping costs incurred.

2. RETURN POLICY :

a. Within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase (based on the purchase invoice), the Customer will be responsible for ten percent (10%) of the value of the returned goods.

b. After fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase, We will not accept returns.

Customers need to send the following documents and items:

Sales invoice or attached note with order code (if any);

Value added tax invoice (if any);

Accessories accompanying the product and accompanying promotional gifts (if any);
